Mr. Olufemi Odukoya

Mr. Olufemi Odukoya is the Managing Director of Parthian Pensions Limited, with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning pensions, banking, insurance and manufacturing. His career reflects extensive experience in business development, operations, information technology and financial services management.

Before joining Parthian Pensions, Mr. Odukoya held senior roles at Kano Sugar Processing Nig Ltd, Crusader Insurance Plc, Hallmark Bank Plc, and CrusaderSterling Pensions Ltd. He joined CrusaderSterling Pensions Limited in 2006, where he subsequently rose to become Executive Director for Business Development and later Executive Director responsible for Operations and IT.

Mr. Odukoya holds a degree in Business Administration and has participated in professional seminars and leadership training, including several programmes at Lagos Business School. His professional affiliations include the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria.

His philosophy of pension fund management is focused on disciplined asset allocation, portfolio diversification, risk management, IT innovations and research-driven investment decisions. These principles reflect his stated approach to managing pension assets and supporting the long-term interests of pension contributors.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Odukoya is a devoted Christian, an avid sports enthusiast, and has a warm, jocular personality. He is an active member of the prestigious Ikoyi Club 1938. He is happily married and blessed with children.
