Oguche Agudah

Oguche Agudah is a veteran finance executive and board director with over two decades of leadership across banking, pensions, policy, and venture capital. He currently leads the Pan African Fund Managers Association (PAFMA) and is the Founder of HRISP Partners.

Previously the Pioneer CEO of PenOp (Nigeria's pension industry body) and a former Special Adviser to the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Oguche also spent 15 years in senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank across Lagos, London, and South Africa.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and Certified Pension Institute, and serves on the boards of GT Pensions and Parthian Capital.
