About the speaker

Mrs. Arinola Adetayo (FCA) is the Permanent Secretary of the Bureau of State Pensions in Ogun State and Chairman of the State Pension Fund Management Committee (PFMC). A seasoned finance leader with over two decades of public sector expertise, she specializes in pension administration, treasury management, debt strategy, and fiscal governance.

Notably, she served as the State Focal Person for the World Bank-assisted State Fiscal Transparency, Accountability and Sustainability (SFTAS) program, driving key public financial management reforms.

Mrs. Adetayo is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Babcock University, backed by extensive international executive training in e-governance and financial control.
