Mohammed Abdul-Razaq is a Deputy Director and Head of Capital Mobilization and Partnerships at the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), bringing two decades of international financial experience spanning Morgan Stanley, Renaissance Capital, and AFC. A seasoned infrastructure finance and capital-raising expert, he has executed over USD 30 billion in cumulative transactions across sub-Saharan Africa.
Recognized as a Tutu Fellow and ranked 5th among the top 100 economic leaders in Africa under 40 by the Choiseul Institute, Mohammed maintains extensive governance experience, serving on multiple boards including the Women At Risk International Foundation (WARIF) and Aduna Capital.
He holds advanced leadership credentials from Harvard Business School and the Institute of International Finance, alongside a Master’s in Finance & Economics from Alliance Manchester Business School.
