God'sman Attah is a development finance and pension policy professional with over 15 years of experience bridging grassroots financial inclusion and national regulatory policy. At Nigeria's National Pension Commission (PenCom), he works on pension policy, investment regulation and market analysis, creating responsible pathways for pension capital to support private equity and infrastructure while safeguarding retirement savings.

He began his career with GIZ, expanding access to value-chain, MSME and housing finance, and holds an MSc in Development Economics and Public Policy.

Passionate about making finance accessible to all, he believes it should do more than preserve wealth: it should expand opportunity and secure people's futures.
