Adimchinobi Ogbonna

Adimchinobi Ogbonna is the Chief Financial Officer at the National Credit Guarantee Company (NCGC) Limited, with over a decade of experience spanning financial services, audit and assurance, financial control, corporate finance, and business strategy.

Prior to joining NCGC, Adim served briefly as CFO at Norrenberger Asset Management Limited. His earlier career includes various roles at Access Pensions, where he contributed to strategic planning, business integration, project execution, and internal audit, as well as professional experience at KPMG in audit and assurance. Across these roles, he has been involved in business mergers, growth and expansion initiatives, process improvement, and the strengthening of financial and operational controls.

Adim holds a first degree in Physics from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is also a member of the MEMBA14 cohort at Lagos Business School.

His professional interests lie at the intersection of finance, strategy, and leadership, particularly in leveraging sound financial management and innovative financing solutions to support enterprise growth, strengthen business resilience, and advance long-term economic value creation.
